Returns and Refunds

We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy.   Any item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges).   Please include a copy of the packing slip. If you could also give us your reason for the return, along with instructions about your choice of exchange or refund.

When kits are returned we reserve the right to inspect the kit first before issuing a refund.  We need to ensure everything is in new condition.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days, please note that some payment providers take longer to process refunds than others.
