We greatly appreciate all orders and require no minimums
There is a standard £4.50 delivery charge for all UK orders regardless of weight for orders below £55 - Free delivery for UK orders of £55 or more.
All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service unless we need to use an alternative method. (We will often use an alternative courier for heavier items) You will receive confirmation from Royal Mail and also a text regarding delivery when it is on its way.
As I run Scentdog alongside my training, there may be odd times when your order will take longer to be despatched than normal. Whilst we aim for 2-3 days for despatch sometimes it can be longer.
International Orders
Are charged a fixed £19.00 delivery charge. This may need to be altered in light of the current situation and international courier charges have increased.
For international orders - please include a daytime telephone number for the courier. This information is never passed on.
This is normally a tracked and signed for service.
If the quote from the shipping company is higher than £19.00 then the buyer will be contacted prior to shipping and advised of this. Most international courier companies require a phone number and this is only used for delivery information and not saved.
BREXIT - with the UK leaving the EU, your order maybe detained at the border for a bit, which means you will have to wait just a little longer for your order to arrive. Customs and Duty tax, whilst I make every effort to ensure the correct paperwork and information is added to all orders I can not predict if there will be additional charges once your package enters your country.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified above. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. If we fail to meet a specified delivery date you can either cancel your order and receive a full refund, or continue with the order and accept a refund of any delivery charges.
Recycling Policy - Scentdog reuses packaging wherever possible. We know it doesn’t look the prettiest, but we think it is a positive step in caring for the environment. It also helps us, as a small business help keep our costs down and pass those savings to you. We are working on it as we find our feet and learn more about what sells and in what quantities so we can have nice, consistent packaging in the future, but for now, we hope you support this initiative.
